Most arrogant receptionist I have ever spoken to. Rude. Miserable. Thank god they dont take new patients although surprised with her attitude they have any at all. Disgusting!!! This refers to receptionist Thursday 21st December 10.45am.

Not a review of the practice itself just the person answering the phone. Worst phone manner I have ever encountered. There was absolutely no reason to answer my simple enquiry with such attitude and condescension. What was completely unacceptable was while on hold I heard the receptionist bad mouthing me to her colleague on how awkward I had been.
Has been my dentist for 20 years and is fantastic!
