I had an appountment with Anna yesterday. She was brilliant. I am very nervous of the dentist and I have avoided it for 5 years. Anna took her time with me and talked through everything.
Awful practice. No wonder theyre accepting NHS patients. The dentist left my boyfriend with a dead tooth that then infected his whole mouth causing extreme pain and an abscess. She did not give him any course of antibiotics to clear the infection before booking to have the tooth out the following week. They take your money right on the spot. This practice leaves a lot to be desired. The dentist also suggested root canal for his dead tooth (which cant be saved) I dont think she had a clue what she was talking about and just wanted money. There is no professionalism here what so ever and no apparent knowledge either. I only recommend this practice if you dont mind visiting A+E twice in three days for chronic tooth pain.
I came to Halton House for emergency treatment, and would like to recommend this practice unreservedly. The staff are friendly and caring, and Dr Abas and Tina put me at ease immediately when I was in the chair. Diagnosis was swift, everything clearly explained, and the treatment itself has been very effective and painless. I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough.
Fab practice! Made me feel at ease, receptionists were so helpful, they answered phone straight away and I found the appointment times were flexible around my working lifestyle! Definitely be recommending! X
Dentist, Nurses and receptionist always so helpful and friendly. When I have had to have an urgent appointment, they were able to see me at late notice. Great family friendly practice as I also take my children. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
