Very difficult to get an appointment. Some Drs lacking empathy and care. Dispensary staff are lovely but so many times my medication has not been ordered properly. Also they can only take calls in a particular window of time. There is a lady on reception who is quite rude. Thankfully this can be avoided by online booking.
They seem to be a bit busy but overall I always got very good care and staff is great
Rang today yesterday for an appointment to be told to ring in morning at 8am which i have done the receptionist then said the system was down and to call back in 30 mins.A hour and a half later i am still trying to get an appointment the phone is either engaged or you get through and it eventually cuts you off when your in the queue.Another day of being ill for me... not good enough
Having had my grandchildren going to this surgery 4 times because they are covered in a rash scratching constantly till they bleed, up all night crying with itching for 8 months to which my daughter was constantly told it was eczema then to find out from the pharmacy that in fact it is scabies to say that we are very angry is an understatement. My grandchildren have suffered all these months when all they had to do was release that the eczema cream was not working and maybe done a skin scrapping. Now it is going to take a long time of once a week treatments before this will go away.Myself and my husband even took the children because my daughter was at the end of her patients only to be told by a very rude doctor that like I've told your daughter it's eczema to carry on with the cream makes us very angry. We even questioned that surely all three children don't suddenly go down with eczema.
